• Structural Features: The conductor is generally composed of multiple strands of fine copper wires twisted together, covered with a polyvinyl chloride insulation layer, then wrapped with a PB layer made of copper wire braiding, and the outermost layer is a polyvinyl chloride sheath. This structure gives the cable good flexibility and PB performance.
• Electrical Performance: The AC rated voltage is generally below 300/500V, suitable for medium and low-voltage electrical control and signal transmission systems. Between conductors, it withstands 1kV for 1 minute without breakdown; between conductor and PB, it withstands 3kV for 1 minute without breakdown. The insulation resistance between each core and the other grounded cores is greater than 10,000 MΩ・km, effectively preventing leakage and signal crosstalk.
• Working Environment Adaptability: The maximum operating temperature of the core does not exceed 70°C, making it suitable for most conventional industrial and indoor environments. The minimum bending radius should be no less than 6 times the cable's outer diameter (without armor layer), and the installation temperature should not be lower than 0°C. It can be installed and used effectively in space-limited and low-temperature environments.
